General conditions of Sale

A) Purchase

In order to make the purchase it is not necessary to proceed with the registration. However, registration brings some advantages, such as receiving offers and preview products.

Click on the Login link located at the top left;

Enter your username (or an email address) and a password in the Register section.

By clicking on Register, the user will have completed the registration of his account.

Through this personal account it will be possible to:

Track your orders and review past purchases;

Save your address to shop faster;

Manage your account information.

B) Conclusion of the purchase

Please review the items in your cart by clicking on the "shopping bag" icon at the top right of the page. To remove one or more items from the cart, just use the "remove product" link.

To complete the order, you can choose the quick checkout, if you want to pay with PayPal, Google Pay or Shop Pay, by logging into your account and then entering the shipping data or selecting collection on site.

If you do not choose the express check out, once the purchase list has been confirmed, fill in the additional data page to be entered regarding shipping, billing and payment.

With the confirmation of the data, the order is registered and the page of the chosen payment system is accessed for the definitive conclusion of the order.

Order executed

Once the actual availability of the goods has been verified and the correctness of the payment has been verified, the order is accepted. Interested customers can receive information on the status of their order by sending an email to

C) Payment

The payment of the price of the products and the related shipping and accessory costs is made online. The price for the purchase of the products and the shipping costs, as indicated in the order form, will be charged to the payment source provided by the user when the purchased products are shipped.

The accepted forms of payment are :

Credit Card/Paypal:

At the time of purchase, customers enter their credit card details in a secure electronic banking system, provided by Paypal (world leader in online payments). Purchases can be made using Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

D) Prices and Currency

The official currency of the site is the Euro. For countries that do not adhere to the Euro, the exchange rate depends on the rates applied by your credit card and on the rates applied by the form of payment used.

Payments and all monetary transactions are made in Euros. The prices and exchange rates of other currencies have only an indicative value to help the user have a better perception of the values.

Product prices may be subject to updates. The user must always check the accuracy of the final sale price before submitting the relative order form.

VAT – Duties

For countries belonging to the European Community, the price of the product is inclusive of VAT.

For non-EU countries, as they are not subject to VAT, the product price includes local taxes, import taxes and customs clearance which will vary according to the regulations of the country to which the item is shipped.

E) Shipping

Shipments can only concern the territories and countries listed on our site. Purchase requests from countries not included among those displayed at the time of registration will not be accepted by

The shipments that we have foreseen are currently with DDP delivery at the customer's expense, that is, for shipments outside the EEC, the cost that the user will bear also includes the cost of duties and other taxes such as VAT.

Shipping Times and Costs

As soon as the payment is authorized and the items are available, the orders will be processed as soon as possible. Delivery times depend on the time of receipt of the order.

In general, orders arrive at their destination after 24/48h in Italy , 48h/72h in Europe , 72h/96h in all other countries (non-EEC).


Shipments made are insured against damage or loss. The insurance will be valid until the goods are delivered to the address indicated by the purchaser.

Delivery status

At the time of shipment, the customer will receive an informative e-mail which will specify the shipment identification number which can be monitored on the website of the courier used for the shipment as specified in the order.

Shipping data

Punti di Vista shop will use as shipping data those indicated by the customer at the time of the order.

Shipment Date

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, with the following timetable: 10.00-19.00. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed from the following Monday morning. Finally, orders placed on a public holiday will be processed on the following working day.

Shipping Documents

As required by the laws governing trade, all shipments are accompanied by a waybill and an official invoice declaring the value of the individual items in Euros. For items on sale, the invoice shows the discounted amounts.

Shipping tracking

At the time of shipment, the customer will receive an informative e-mail which will specify the shipment identification number which can be monitored on the website of the courier used for the shipment, as specified in the order.

The customer can follow the status of his shipment on the courier's website, simply by entering the number of his shipment in the "Search for Shipment" field. The displayed web page will show the exact and updated movements of your shipment.

Authorized Delivery of the Shipment

Upon arrival of the goods, the customer is requested to carefully inspect the package before affixing a signature as proof of delivery of the shipment.

If, for any reason, the package appears to have been tampered with or if the adhesive tape is not intact, the customer is asked to sign the receipt with reserve, or to refuse the delivery.

In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, the customer is requested to immediately report this to the local courier office and contact us by sending an email to address

– Italy can be different: DHL, Poste SDA, UPS.

– Europe and non-EEC countries: UPS, or other couriers as specified in the order

F) Right of Withdrawal and Right of Return

Our customer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with, without any penalty, within fourteen (14) days from the day of receipt of the purchased products.

In addition to the right of withdrawal, there is the right to return the goods purchased and received in the event of our shipping errors and/or in the case of products that do not correspond to quality.

Items on sale
Sale items are a final sale, and may not be returned , refunded, credited, or exchanged.
The same goes for all custom items and orders.

Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal/return

The Right of Withdrawal and/or Return is intended to be exercised correctly if the following conditions are also fully respected:

Contact customer service at the email address explaining the reason for the return within fourteen days of delivery of the package.

Sending notification of withdrawal/return by email to within 14 days of receipt of the products, not forgetting to indicate the reasons for the withdrawal/return.

Before sending the goods, it is expected that the appropriate acceptance email will be received from and this acceptance must be printed and attached to the shipment which is the responsibility of the buyer.

The products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged;

The products must be returned intact and unused, as well as in their original packaging.

Each product must be returned including all the original labels, packaging and accessories (dustbags, hangers, etc.) received with the order;

Returned products must be delivered to the courier within fourteen (14) days from the date on which the customer received the return acceptance email.

The products can be returned by shipping the package only after receiving the confirmation of acceptance of the return via email.

Reimbursement times and methods

After Punti di Vista has received the return request and checked that all the requirements have been met, the customer will receive an e-mail confirming acceptance/payment/replacement of the return.

Punti di Vista will reimburse any sums already collected for the purchase of the products.

Once the correct execution of the terms and conditions indicated above has been verified, the sums will be reimbursed in the shortest possible time, excluding administrative and customs charges and, in any case, within thirty (30) days from the date on which Punti di Vista received the return of the purchased product.

If the methods and terms for exercising the right of withdrawal are not respected, as specified in this paragraph, there will be no right to reimbursement of the sums already paid to Punti di Vista; however, the customer will be able to get back, at his own expense, the products in the state in which they were returned to Punti di Vista. Otherwise Punti di Vista will be able to keep the products in addition to the sums already paid for their purchase. The products will remain at the customer's disposal for 3 months, after which they will be destroyed or otherwise destined for disposal.

If there is no correspondence between the recipient of the products indicated in the order form and the person who paid the sums due for their purchase, the refund of the sums, in the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, will be executed by Punti di Vista , in any case, against the person who made the payment.

The shipping costs for returning the products will be charged to the customer, including liability in case of loss or damage to the products.

As mentioned, the effective time for the re-credit or return of the sums paid for the purchase of the products depends on the payment methods used:

The the refund will be made by re-crediting in the same way in which the purchase was made, and Punti di Vista will notify the customer via e-mail.

Payment via PayPal: the refund is made to the PayPal account and is immediately visible from the moment Punti di Vista accepts the return. The actual credit card refund to your PayPal account depends on your credit card company, but usually takes place within 30 days.

In the event of a gift, the refund of the sums will be made to the person who made the payment.

G) Promotional Codes

Customers who subscribe to the newsletter and agree to receive promotional messages will receive updates on promotions and promotional codes that can be added to the cart during the purchase process. Each code has a start and end validity date and this time limit cannot be extended in any way.
